There is no doubt that her father is both surprised and angry. Because Everly can't accept the advice of abortion, she was kicked out from her original pack by her father and become rogues who has a low position and are often despised by others. Losing the support of the original family, Everly suffered a lot. Valen begins to really care about Everly until their kid is born. He tries his best to protect them. Although Everly has been disappointed with him, she indeed needs someone to protect herself and her kid.
